As custodians, the Santinelli family continues a forty-year long tradition.
Our mill has deep roots: initially we ground olives with stone mills, but since 2020 we have adopted latest-generation low-temperature machinery, thus improving efficiency without compromising quality.
Since 1984,
from generation to generation, we are devotees of good oil.
Our history as millers begins in the early 80s with a traditional processing system. The millstones have made the history of our mill, operated by grandfather and father have brought our oil to "everyone's lips".
At the dawn of our forty years of activity, the wind of innovation has inevitably knocked on our doors and, to guarantee superior quality to our customers, the millstones, still present in our mill like a sort of totem, have given way to a continuous processing system;
To this day, although with different methods, many things have remained as they were originally, starting with the respect and protection of our land, which every year gives us small doses of green gold.
